wt!? CC is now a favorite.

That's a joke, right?  Barton is better than me by far IMO.

ggs last night.  I just watched both the demos I had and I wanted to apologize to gamma for leaving him alone to fend for him self so much on D verse the whole other team haha.  And that's why you outscored me every map is you racked up the extra defense points while I played outter Tongue. (excuse)

and sorry for chaining you so much the second game rusty haha.  I was an asshole that whole game.

you got 98% of the quads. i bet barton would have gotten 100% of them, but i'm glad you were able to try and fill his shoes and play last night.

Some good games last night.  A majority of the teams were winners!

There was an unfortunate deviation from rules using servers lacking maps last night due to a player having some odd issues connecting, but the games were intense none the less.

TOL still leading the league has turned average this week with a win and a loss.  Carrying Cartman with the addition of a new player who is not as good as Barton managed to pull an upset, beating the champs 3 to 2.  The Oompa Loomps edged a 3-2 victory against Fors and his drunken teammates evening things out from last week.

Substance Abusers demolished Rusty's Carpetstreaks 11 to 1 on lfctf4 with devastating screenshot below that would only excite the likes of ex.

The underdog and his poop stains managed a degree of redemption however by managing a 3-3 tie with the very team that beat the league leaders.

Standings to date:
Standings:
wins   losses   ties   forfeit   caps   EnemyCaps
---The Oompa Loopas--:   5       2          x        x          39         25
---Substance abusers--:   4       3          1        x           42         27
---Carrying Cartman---:    3       3          1        1           30         37
-Rusty's Carpetstreaks-:   1       5          2        x          31        55

If issues with connections/servers/maps occur again a like map only may be played if both teams agree.  for next week that would be as2m7 for as2m7rb and rtctf1a for marics_ctf21 only.  This week the cc-rc game was a bit of a bastardization of the rules.

lol alka, fu.  I only got about 60% of them cuz you guys were raping me 3on1 most of the time pretty hard at quad haha.  And I mis-timed quad like 5th or 6th spawn and after that, you guys had it locked pretty good cuz I couldn't recover too well with YOWZA kicking my ass everytime I turned around Cheesy

For humor purposes, I'll upload my POV from that map in case anyone wants to see how bad I suck, minus the one cap I got which was pretty sexy haha.  Was one of the best matches I've played in a long time, even better then any ra2 match I've played in the past few years, you guys kept things close and intense.  gg for sure.

how do you generate the DM stats?  i can send you a demo if that helps, although it has the extra map on it as well.

Your CC vs SA stats also are RC vs SA

LOL wtf did I do?  I already knew you were having issues with your team man, I was just chillin bs'in in base once we were up by so much.  I was hoping you wouldn't think bad on SA (or me) for that match.  :<  The main problem is your team wasn't on vent, not a single person.  It's too hard when the other team has 4 members all on vent.

You still gave me a run for my moneymaker.  :>

I was just razzing you Tongue , Honestly you did a great job standing on the flag Smiley

we were on comm, for some reason the lm players like teamspeak so we used that.  I personally don't understand having preferences on stuff like that.

The problem with your team member not connecting would have been easily and quickly fixed with him rebooting his computer. The issue is well known and not confined to our servers only. A search of forum, or remembering what I told you in IRC some time ago, would have shown the solution. I have had the same problem and a quick reboot solved the problem.

The main problem is your team wasn't on vent, not a single person.  It's too hard when the other team has 4 members all on vent.

A very valid point.

I fail to understand why you let one or two players decide that to the detriment of others on your team and other teams playing in the competition.

reboot was tried, anticheat.dll was deleted, and match was supposed to have started which made a more lengthy troubleshoot out of the question if we wanted to play. opposing teams had option to continue as a 3v3 on acme.  I can't control these things.

Why does a teams voice comm method matter?

having a pref for  voice comms, hmm.

Well Steam is a steaming pile of shit for that, Vent gets the job done, but for the best voice quality, lowest latency / delay, and better voice detection (instead of using PTT, or picking up insane background noise), TeamSpeak is the clear choice.

actually Mumble is my preference for comms but the majority of community prefer Ventrilo for whatever reasons, including it's what they have always used and are used to, so that's what I support.
